A natural, pharmaceutical grade, progesterone cream designed to promote the relief of symptoms associated with PMS, peri-menopause, and menopause. 480 mg of USP micronized natural progesterone per ounce.

This formulation is based on the recommendation of leading physicians. There are 96 - 1/4 teaspoon doses with 20 mg of natural progesterone per dose. Each batch of progesterone cream is independently tested to ensure that you are getting the stated amount of progesterone with every use.

Directions: Unless otherwise instructed by a health care professional: Apply ¼ teaspoon; equal about 20 mg of micronized progesterone. For best results apply to thin-skinned areas like back of the knees, inner arms, upper chest and neck. Rotate application areas daily.

Premenopausal: Apply Crème for 14 days beginning on the 12^th day after the period starts. Repeat monthly.
Postmenopausal: Apply daily 21 consecutive days in the month. Repeat monthly.
Men: Apply about 1/8 teaspoon daily for 21 consecutive days in the month.

I have always gotten great mammogram results and I think using this product has helped tremendously with this.
